* Managing IT needs of the company by determining, acquiring and maintaining resources required
to enable business processes
* Responsible for maintenance of local area network (LAN) and data network by Performing
installation, upgrade and testing tasks
* Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Servers
* Create user accounts on servers and runs necessary system backups. Provides technical support
on servers’ related issues

* Overseeing the proper storage of all company data and archiving of records and
backups.
* Interacting with staff to understand their IT problems and provide solutions.

* Repair and upgrade different types of computers (software and hardware).
* Identify problems and outsource repair printers, copiers and scanners.

* Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.
* Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.

- Design and Implement the website scripts and Databases.
- Managing a Team of 30+ Moderators and 7000+ Members.
- MySQL Database Administration (3GB DB with 100+ Tables)
- Perform necessary backups for the website files and the Database on a Linux server using SSH to deal with the huge data.
- Apply necessary security enhancement to safeguard the website from various cyber attacks.
- Perform data migration when required. Specially when transfer the website from server to another.
