Project description:

Water supply systems to improve access to potable water at North Sinai Governorate include wide range of disciplines:

•Construction of sea water desalination plant (5000 M3 / day) in Arish City and related transmission lines.
•Construction of ground water desalination plants (200 M3 to 500 M3 / day) at villages (Abo Galood, Qusayimah, Sadr Hitan. Al Reed and Okriah).
•Construction of shallow and deep wells to feed existing and new desalination plants at cities and villages (Nekhel, Hassana, Guefgafa, Kuntella, Abo Agila, Abo Galood, Qusayimah, Sadr Hitan. Al Reed and Okriah).
•Upgrading water supply systems and replace existing desalination plants at cities (Nekhel and Hassana)
•Construction of solar energy for new desalination plants.
•Upgrading of Al Arish water supply system.
•Construction of water reservoirs for saline water and potable water at cities (Bir Al Abd, Rommana and Hassana).
•Procurement of Potable water tankers, Potable water trailers, Vacuum trucks, and operation and maintenance equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

•Participate in assessment of existing services and needs.
•Review feasibility study established for whole north Sinai Governorate to evaluate proposed projects.
•Oversee all aspects of the program activities: Inception reports, Conceptual design, Detailed design, procurement documents, contracting, Implementation works, Commissioning and close out.
•Perform assessment reviews for performance of consultant firms and construction contractors.
•Follow up work progressing from end to end, include design, procurement, construction to close out
•Monitor on site activities for assuring quality, environmental, safety and progress compliance with agreements.
•Participate in the progress and technical meetings with projects’ parties.
•Prepare and communicate periodical and special reports (projects performance reports, progress status reports, quality reports, environmental reports, and safety reports)
•Prepare presentations for the senior managements of client related to the project performance and any other issues as required.

Project description:

Construction of entire infrastructure for Al-Ahsaa 2nd Industrial city. The project consists of roads construction, Potable water and fire-fighting network and pump station, Irrigation water network and pump station, sewage network and treatment plant, storm water network and retention ponds, Medium Voltage network and sub-stations, Streets lighting, Telecommunication and security system and landscape.

Job Responsibilities:
•Review and understand project contract documents and related local and international specifications and obligations.
•Staffing and leading project team.
•Developing communication plan.
•Reviewing and approving contractor submittals (Project plans, Schedules, Materials, Shop drawings
…. etc.).
•Develop and ensure quality plan and measures.
•Monitoring all site activities, inspect workmanship and material to ensure contractor’s compliance
