The project is King King Abdulaziz Center for world Culture (http://www.kingabdulazizcenter.com), and working as a team member of the Technology Development division.
Currently, working in Application Operation Support team, handling Web based apps, including the main website, workspace, online ticketing, volunteer, collaboration, and related services.
Previously, worked as a project manager of the main website, where we have developed the main design concept, information architecture, UX needs, visitor journeys, applying brand theme, and conducted usability testing before eventually published in July 2013.
Prior to that worked as technical interface manager to support exhibits in the Center in regards to technology usage such as interactive media systems including hardware and software. I was specifically supporting the Children Discovery Zone (CDZ) and the main technology package applications (ticketing, library, elearning, keystone, volunteering, archive, discovery platform, and others)
I work as a Leading Web Developer in my leisure time to accomplish clients projects. Currently focusing on Content Management System application as an engine for all kind of websites, especially information oriented.

Participated in a team working for Saudi Aramco IT Dept/E-Doc in the ShareK Project Rollout to migrate, configure and test internal websites from asp/asp.net custom sites, and SharePoint 2003 to SharePoint 2007. Also, implemented different issue tracking forms and lists.
During this project I opened many doors for Saudi Aramco Knowledge Sharing Unit by implementing solutions using Microsoft Sharepoint. I used my knowledge in HCI and Usability to redesign the layout of sharepoint websites, added web 2.0 functionality, and designed two important Community of Practice (COP) websites: iPhone COP and BlackBerry COP.
Also, was involved in misc tasks related to innovation database and innovation tournament inside Saudi Aramco.
Medical Materials Specialist
First, as an orientation to the work environment, I was assigned portion of administrative tasks where I proofed flexibility and ability of adapting to work environment and producing quantity / quality of work above what was expected. Then assigned to work in SAP Health Care project (SHC) - Materials Management.
SAP Health Care project (SHC) - Materials Management
In Phase 1
Improved the process of collecting and validating data by replacing simple excel sheets, by a web interface where all data eventually consolidated into one database for submission to SHC Design Team.
In Phase 2
Worked as Relation Manager, assigned to coordinate between SHC Technical & Design Teams and the SAMSO end users.
Go Live Phase
Attended the User Acceptance Test to sign on the final version of the developed SAP module. Then, attended Train the Trainer workshop to be ready to serve SAMSO users as a SHC Front Line Support Group.
Volunteered to teach advanced web application course in KITC where a charity program has been held to support handicaps in Saihat Social Serivces Center.
I offered to teach Advanced Web Applications and Data Driven Website using Active Server Pages (ASP) and using PHP.
I have suggested these courses and prepared the topics to be covered in a "Crash Course" for every scripting language. The courses' topics included:
1) Scripting Syntax
2) Form Handling
3) Database Connection
4) Reading records from the database
5) Validating & Adding records to database
6) Modifying records in the database
I requested the registerar to assure who registers for this course is aware of SQL language, basic HTML, and programming in general. Thus, the PHP classes were canceled and ASP classes were held.
The ASP Crash Course commenced starting August 14, 2003 for 150 minutes for 6 days and I have successfully delivered the materials planned to teach.
Applied Cooperative Training Program with Saudi Aramco in a Web Application Development group of Materials Planning & Systems department / Materials Supply / E & OS.
During this period about 7 major projects were accomplished along with minor web pages creation and modification.
Most valued participation was with Ed Carter on Materials Supply website. A portal system was being developed by Ed and it was great to work on it. http://ms.aramco.com.sa

Worked as an I.T. Help Desk at KFUPM Computer Laboratory where Sun Solaris, MS Windows NT, MS Windows 2000, Unix and Linux were provided to users.
Assisted in banking processes and handled declarance activities thru Unisys Computer Systems used by SAMA.
Worked as Auditor and Data Entry Checker at the KFUPM Comptroller Office.
Worked as Library Assistant supervising library contents and arrangement of shelves holdings at KFUPM for a period of 3 months in 1997.
Acquired a Master of Science Degree in Electronic Commerce Technology (eBusiness) from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois, United States of America in June 2009 with honor standing (GPA 3.89 /4.9). Pursued this Program of Master Degree with a sponsorship from the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education. Thesis focus was on Electronic Discovery and Pitfalls.
3 days full time course on designing web sites with Microsoft FrontPage 2000 and 2002 (XP).
This course introduced LiveLink application and its capabilities offering wide view to current usage of the network and how it could be utilized remotely and portably.
