10. Managing, designing, and troubleshooting Cisco ISR 4451, 4431 VG320 voice gateways. Implementing proposed dial-peers, translation rules for external calling. Configuring and troubleshooting E1s and PSTN lines.
11. Designing and configuring backup lines for E1 with route lists.
12. Managing and implementing IMAGICLE call recording system and reviewing call recording policies.
13. Managing IM and Presence servers for Cisco Jabber client for Desktop and mobile
14. Implementing & Managing Expressway-C and Expressway-E components for Jabber Mobile services.
15.Managing the Video Conferencing solution with Polycom Real presence 300
16.Implementing and administrating Microsoft TEAMS solution for the end users and extending features and upgrades for the communication environment.
17. Managing and troubleshooting MS TEAMS with features like TEAMS calling, meeting, file sharing, conference calling, channels, and teams, PSTN calling
18.Designing and implementing TEAMS and CISCO integration for the PSTN calling from the team’s Dialpad for enabling extension and local calls through TEAMS.
19.Designing and configuring Ribbon SBC 2000 for providing session controller component for TEAMS DIRECT ROUTING implementation design.
20. Troubleshooting Ribbon SBC 2000 for the PSTN calling issues.
21. Reviewing the implemented communication solution and advising latest upgrades and enhancements.
22.Managing and maintaining the communication components of the Crisis Management Center.
23. Managing, Configuring, Troubleshooting Microsoft Lync 2013 (S4B).
24Searching and evaluating a best communication solution to merge all PIC locations.
25.Resolve all communication technical issues.
