Assist the retail manager to manage the shift operations of the shop’s with particular focus on sale, customer service, inventory management, promotional activities, effective etc.
Training to the new recruited staffs.
E-commerce customer calling and retention.
Online customer service, enquiry, purchase order placement and delivery.
Areas of responsibility
Responsible for acquisition of new clients and nurturing the existing
B2B & B2C accounts while covering all the aspects of sales, business
development and membership account management.
Maintain accurate records of all sales, pricing and activities reports
creates and conducts proposal presentation.
Maintaining high level of company standard by positive mental attitude
towards membership grievance by adopting open - door policy
Collecting review and updating comparative analysis on weekly market
position, sales procedures, techniques, and customer training manuals.
To organise promotional activities.
Perpetuate and develop relationships with some valuable key clients in
person, via telephone or emails to get references.
Advising on forth coming products and discussing on special
promotions for up gradation on existing memebership.
