Responsible for leading Production team that produce Bakery goods through ensuring of:
• Production area is safe environment to work through continuous formulating of Risk assessment
• Finished goods got produced at the right specifications and within quality standards
• Service Level Achievement (SLA) between production department and its customers is achieved
• Manpower development is on progress based on Individual development plan (IDP)
• Achievement of production Yield through managing wastages and applying Lean principles
• Applying best manufacturing practices to improve utilization and efficiency
Joined under Almarai Future Leaders Program (AFLP) as Sr. Team manager in Production department. Program directed by Talent Enterprise company and designed to accelerate the gain of Leadership and Management skills through:
• Lead production team to produce finished goods within right quality, quantity and time within quality and food safety standards
• Complete and pass personal-development E-learning courses provided by Linda.com
• Complete and pass requirements of technical courses assigned under Lead program which managed by Talent Enterprise company.
• Complete mentoring sessions to monitor the program's progress along with Third party mentor and line manager
• Gain Certificate of ISO 9001:2015 and American Institute of Baking International to practice day to day job activities within international standards
Trainee as Safety engineer target to maintain employee’s health and safety as first priority. Main tasks to achieve subjected goal can be summarized in:
• Daily inspection of working area and make sure it's clear from hazards
• Issuing Permit to Work (PTW) for special works that have high risks
• Conduct risk assessment for current and new procedures and review exist measure controls
• Conduct daily tool-box talk to aware employees about health and safety precautions
