Responsibility the whole network infrastructure ( core, distributed,
access )layers which include Core Sw, Wan Router, Access Sw
, Fortinet, Bluecoat,
Network monitoring solution :Syslog, Alerts, Events
Firewall access review and administration
Security solutions : Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) and Intrusion
Detection Systems (IDS)
Create firewall policies for any situation to control traffic passing
through FortiGate.
Implement threat management filtering including antivirus, web
filtering
Use web management interfaces and CLI to maintenance task.
Responsibility for day-to-day administration and management of
FortiGate, Fortimail, Citrix-Netscaler and Bluecoat.

I'm be familiar with:
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• Monitoring network usage.
• Installing, administrating & Configuration of network & devices.
• manage tickets and work to insure that customer issues.
• support the customers and interactions with them.
• Perform troubleshooting on our networks, supporting network service customers and corporate.
• Follow up all tickets open and escalated and provide AWAL customers Technical report for outage
• coordinate with NOC for any critical issue to solve problem ASAP
• Followed technical errors and handling them with the departments concerned
• Make sure to resolve the issue as per (service-level agreement )

I'm be familiar with:
• UTP And Fiber cabling systems.
• trunking and conducting system for cabling installations.
• cabling testing equipments (OTDR&DTX1800).
• Troubleshoot cabling, hardware and network connectivity.
• install, connect and set up active network devices.
