Duties and responsibilities:
• Monitoring and maintaining fleet management systems and networks.
• Assisting and supervising responsible technical support engineer in handling clients issues.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems.
• Coordinating installation plans with clients.
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a GPS tracking system.
• Managing installer team and coordinating installation and maintenance schedules.

• Started working on creating an HTML-based knowledge base for LS fleet management system.
