• The ability to establish new warehouses ( equipping, designing& documenting )
• Making sure of following the correct way of storing the goods according to the nature of the items(expiry dates & sensitivity to heat or cold)
• Ensuring the best use of the available space for the storing.
• Make sure that the proper document circulation is been followed properly.
• Make sure the safety & security systems are being on order.
• Evaluating the performance of the storekeepers & guiding and training them.
• Make continuous stocktaking for the fast moving items to make sure from the availability.
• Making sure the warehouse tools & Equipment’s are running and maintained properly.
• Making sure that receiving & delivery operations are running smoothly.
• Supervising the distribution of goods from the warehouses to the sub stores.
• Preparing the reports to the higher management about the dead stock, non-salable & slow moving items. Fast moving items, reorder levels.
