 Carry out HSE audits on monthly basis with the contractor and to control HSE issues on site.
 To Issue NCRs, FONs, SI, and Emails to the construction team on any of the non-compliance
of works at the site.
 Regularly attend the Weekly Progress (MOM) and the Technical meeting with the Client and
Contractor to track the site activities.
 Prepare, review (with Sr. Mechanical Consultant), and recommend (to Sr. Consultant) the
monthly Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) for the works carried out at the site by the
contractor.
