1. I run Engineering Dep’t and I manage team of Engineers & Contractors : as following
• Design and contracting management section : 3 people which is covering all countries
• KSA & Bahrain Construction management Section : 2 people + 3 contractors
• GCC, Egypt & Lebanon Construction management Section : 2 people + 1 contractors
• Turkey construction management section : 2 people + 3 contractors
• Facilities Management section 2 people which is covering all countries + 7 FM. companies
2. I am in charge of the following
• Planning, Budgeting and Cost control
• Projects control and mentoring
• Recovery and revised projects plan depend on business plan actual status
• Approve all contracts agreement, payment certificate…..etc.
• Bi-Month, monthly reports to all department Key Manager & all Board members
• Prepare and present the quarterly business review to Board members
• Leadership, coaching and appraisal for all dep’t members

Task description
Prepare and provide strategic execution plan depend on Reviewed the projects contract, BOQ, Specification, Drawing, site location and company resources
Time schedule for General requirement, milestones, drawing submittal, material submittal, procurement time schedule included long lead times and Tasks (Activities) with relationships
Follow up and support all projects manager by recovery plan or revise dates if needed
Prepare all weekly & monthly reports included updates, look ahead, manpower histogram and Actual Cost VS Budget Cost
Attend Consultant Weekly & Monthly Meeting to discuss the projects actual situation
Attend company weekly and urgent meeting to discuss and review the projects situations that to provide the solutions to solve projects problems

Site handover and site surveying
Follow up site mobilization requirements and delivery on site
Prepare project internal strategic excitation plan
Follow up site exaction progress and solving site technical problems
Follow up the quality of executed activities
Follow up the cost VS. budget
Prepare payment certificate (Bills)
Negotiate all vendors, Contractors prices and approve all related contract agreement
Handover the projects to owner in contractual date

Shop drawings through a working group under the commander of the group
Shop drawings for projects under the personal responsibility
Coordination between all departments and review drawings to be sent to Project Management
