Handling the preparation and submission of regulatory documents needed to attain the approval of regulatory agencies for the registration of pharmaceutical products intended for the Sudan and export markets. In addition to acting as the liaison between Pharmaland Pharmaceuticals and the regulatory authorities in the Sudan and export markets (North, East and Central Africa) . Ensuring compliance of Pharmaland activities with set pharmaceutical regulations while communicating latest functional guidelines and to provide advice and consultation for all related parties/departments.
- Contributed in the Establishment of a model system for monitoring and follow-up of national stocks of medicines in the Sudan.
- Co-ordinator of the Rare Drugs Committee.
- Contributed in the preparation of the Rare Drugs List.
- Follow-up of the stocks of vital life saving drugs and rare drugs.
Certification of pricing documents of imported drugs (retail and whole sale price).
Routine and licensing inspection visits to local pharmaceuticals manufacturers according to the cGMP.
Revision and Approval of NGO's imported drugs.
Actions to be taken regarding drugs and cosmetics inconsistent with importation regulations.
Follow-up of the process of re-exporting drugs and cosmetics inconsistent with standards.
Follow-up of the results of the analysis of drugs and cosmetics carried out by the Sudanese National Laboratory.
Member of the committee of Post Approval Changes for medicines (Change of specifications).
