• Manage projects development, such as:
• Establishment of maritime capability in the company: I was involved with
respectful international companies such as BAE SYSTEMS, Austal, and Swiftships
to study and evaluate cooperation for the establishment of such capability. I managed
to build the aforementioned capability in the group.
• Upgrade of security vehicles: I was involved in the program to set up all
requirements to upgrade the vehicle (Tactica 6X6). I along with my team had
evaluated potential partners for the know-how transfer and to enhance our
engineering capability. Moreover, I managed to build the required team and setting
up all requirements. Moreover, I was involved from the early stage of preparing the
proposal for our client which involves what engineering would be applied to the
vehicle.
• Supply of equipment: I promote equipment and various goods to clients and prepare
proposals. I arrange directly with the supplier and manage logistics to satisfy
customers with timely delivery.
* Negotiate cooperation scope, build required teams and monitor work flow.
* Manage communications and interface with International Alliances, partners & potential
partners.
* Manage all requirements and pre-qualifications of International Alliances & partnerships:
where I have achieved to qualify the group with major international corporations such as:
Raytheon and BAE L&A.
* Identify and locate new alliances for potential projects and new business opportunities.
