Main activities & responsibilities:

• Prepare all required documents such as sources checklist and interview questions
• Develop and update job descriptions
• Post available job vacancies online through job boards, website, social media, and universities placement office
• Perform headhunting and executive search for all positions
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
• Conduct phone screening with potential candidates and schedule interviews accordingly
• Update the profile of each candidate on the system
• Fill the interview evaluation form for shortlisted candidates in order to refer them to the client

- Build effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges, and universities.
- Conduct exit interviews, when needed, to identify reasons for employee termination.
