- Handling all the Recruitment process for local and international executive staffing.
- Reviewing and establishing appropriate recruitment policy and procedures.
- Leading, managing, developping and training the recruitment team in order to deliver high quality recruitment and achieve high performance.
- Initiating and developing strategic changes and plans.
- Managing the Budget, Forecasting and P&L of the department
- Negotiating, preparing and finalizing contracts, job descriptions, offered packages and relevant experiences with existing and new clients.
- Building up good relationship and ensuring quality services are delivered to both clients and candidates.
- Identifying and improving recruitment performance to increase the productivity and drive the organisation forward.
- Setting up and reorganizing the overall filing system.
- Follow up on all Recruitment Invoicing and Payments
- Handling all the Recruitment process for local and international staffing, undertaking assignments entrusted by clients, and the scouting and assessment of appropriate talents from within the existing database and the job market.
- Addressing new development projects such as the design and launching of a new website.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts, job descriptions, packages, and relevant experiences, with existing and new .
- Handling all the Recruitment process for local and international staffing:
Sourcing, Interviewing, short-listing and selecting candidates according to the clients’ requirements using the database or the research and headhunting procedure.

- Sourcing suppliers for medical equipments and accessories, placing orders, negotiating offers.
