Worked as Mechanical Engineer with AMEDCO Contracting Company- Subcontractor to Consolidated Contracting Company - CCC in Algeria -ADRAR TOUAT GAZ GROUPEMENT . ( Sixth January - 1st of May). ADRAR PROJECT is a residential one consists of 78 building.
Responsibilities :
Prepare all mechanical shop drawings with the layouts (HVAC, Water Supply, Drainage, Fire Fighting).
Coordinating with electrical engineers to make composite reflected ceiling plan.
Coordination with CCC Mechanical Engineers to prepare all updated design, structural, architectural, interior and builders work drawings as per client's comments and approval.
Evaluate daily and weekly site progress and report to the project manager.
Review submitals and drawings sent from client and make sure all comments are well updated and modified by our Drawings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Developing Schedules according to the defined scope of work.
• Cost and time estimating and managing fast track projects.
• Involved in Sub-contractor selection and teams sequencing.
• Leading and coordinating subcontractors and client progress meeting on regular basis.
• Project Managed the successful completion of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Managing client expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest work quality.
• Managed project handing over process.
