1. Area Management:
- Manage and drive the performance of brands and areas
- Provide support to the team in related area for training on specific brand info’s, roll out of new collections across stores in accordance with brand manager.
- Visit Shops across different locations for brand performance evaluation and team support.
2. Financial Controls and Profitability Management
- Communicate shops target and objectives (daily, weekly and monthly) with shop managers and seek maximum shops sales.
- Review KPI’s (daily sales vs budgets, stock Reports etc..) daily and communicate to Shop managers as necessary.
- Review stores overall monthly performance with shop managers and operation managers
3. Stock Management:
- Support shops teams in the inventories and be part of planning for the next season.
- Review Stock availability across all shops and ensure proper rotation of stocks between locations
4. Customer Service Management:
- Conduct customer intercepts and get feedback from customers about quality of services
- Review customer complaints and provide support appropriately in addition to communicate as necessary to operation managers
- Ensure Proper aftersales services in addition to the database management
5. People Management
- Maintain and enhance shop managers skills on how to manage their teams and get the best of them.
- Ensure shop members are trained and coached on selling skills, merchandising and outstanding customer service
- Assist in shop recruitment and inductions for new joiners as per level.
6. Shop Administration:
- Ensure marketing plans are implemented and followed up in stores
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed properly
- Ensure all returns and exchanges are made according to the policy
- Ensure all store aspects are maintained periodically
• Providing direction and support to team members, delegates work appropriately & fairly, empowers employees & lead by example.
• Manage staff recruitment in order to ensure the recruitment of high calibre staff that enables the store to meet its objectives in accordance with the approved headcounts.
• Provide Developmental orientation & objective performance appraisal to the staff and taking ownership for the performance of the team and achievement of results
• Effective expression/presentation of ideas/work plans with superiors, co-workers & customers
• Listens, consults others & communicates proactively
• Identifying problems proactively, analysing them & building sustainable solutions to improve operations
• Recognizes & rewards the contribution of others & spreads team spirit between team members
• Manage conflicts between & with team members & have low turnover ratio
• Manage order placement / requisitioning activities in order to maximize sales and meet stock performance objectives
• Analyses Numbers & prepare reports effectively in order to ensure placing effective orders
• Effective monitoring on the stockroom & tagging organization
• Ensure that the merchandiser & team members work in line with brand image and standards
• Ensures High Quality of visual displays & shop image
• Investigate & resolve customers complaints & respond to special orders & requests to reach maximum customer’s satisfaction
• Schedule & organize work, effective utilization of time & other resources & control any overtime activity or extra cost versus the approved budget
• Responsible for P&L report.
