• Produced weekly maintenance forecast in order to maintain tracking of due maintenance and issue work order to part 145 maintenance organisation and assess and review work orders completed for completeness, correctness and full compliance.

• Hand-selected as part of the UK RAFO liaison team, at BAE Systems Warton Aerodrome UK, to manage the following significant activities:
• Typhoon aircraft familiarisation training.
• Hawk Mk166 Aircraft familiarisation training.
• Typhoon aircraft acceptance events completed.
• Typhoon & Hawk production briefs & surveillance of the build programme.
• Typhoon initial provisioning (spares) inspection and acceptance.
• UK maintenance training syllabus acceptance & student liaison

Key Responsibilities as Maintenance Manager Jaguar & F-16 Fighters Aircraft (Mar 2012 - May 2015):
• Directed preventative, corrective and scheduled Maintenance and associated activities i.e. manpower, tasks and spares prioritisation for Jaguar & F-16 Fighters Aircraft.
• Controlled and managed personnel and resources pertinent to generate aircraft for the 1st line to achieve the flying programme and managed all maintenance activities in accordance with RAFO Regulation.
• Management, supervision, participation in and control of aircraft activities including but not limited to; independent inspections, certify that an aircraft is ready for flight, ground movement and preparation for transportation.
Key Responsibilities as Maintenance Manager for Ground Support & Special Vehicles (Jan 2010 - June 2011):
• Commanded management and supervision all workshops including engine bay, structure bay welding bay, APU bay, electrical bay, mechanical bay, machine shop, battery bay, paint shop & Oxygen bay.
• Supported different aircraft platform, personnel and associated engineering tasks to meet the development flying programme.
• Demonstrated commitment to Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement.
• Concomitantly managed special vehicles and military transport services to support all work requirement in the station.
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Bays maintenance business management comprising quality, SHE, process improvement, and human capital.
