• Implementation and Support for Backup Systems (Symantec Backup exec and DLO, Veeam Backup, and HP data protector) with HP tapes/autoloader and NAS Storage.
• Doing research and finding solutions for unresolved technical issues.
• Providing phone and Remote desktop support.
