Coordinating between in-house/visiting doctors.
Orienting new doctors on the IP workflow, Codes, Documents…etc.
Scheduling and arranging OT lists for future cases (upon the availability of OT slot).
Securing patients insurance pre-Approvals.
Assuring all pre-operative process is done (PAC, Pre-operative tests….etc.).
Assuring all documents are filled (Admission request, OT booking form, Patient consent….etc.)
Endorsing and communicating with patients pre-operatively (answering patients concerns, Detailed explanation about procedure costs, exceed limits, procedure time, Admission time…etc.).
Coordinating between Radiology, Anesthesia and patients for MRI under GA cases.

Refer to prescriptions to the pharmacy
• Assist in the preparation of medicines
• Select stock and attach dispensing and cautionary labels
• Put medication into administration containers
• Use computers for routine maintenance procedures
• Carry out customer service duties, such as answering enquiries and advising customers on
appropriate products for use in relation to certain health related conditions
• Operate cash registers
