• Provide preliminary mechanical space and power
requirements for MEP systems.

• Coordinate all the design activities within the head
office (calculations, layout, sizing, etc.) For HVAC,
Plumbing & Sanitary, Firefighting, Smoke Control and
LPG services.

• Prepare drawings for Authority submissions.

• Follow-up on site work and coordinate with contractor in order to solve the problem, if any.

• Attend design progress meeting with client.

I worked form September 2008 until April 2009 as an executive Engineer among my tasks:
• Prepare a financial profile in order to participate in tenders,
• Supervision of executed works & coordination with site management until the project finishes,
• Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of necessary material,
• Attend monthly meetings with the client project team and prepare monthly progress reports,
• Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals,
• Coordination with other sections (Architecture, Structure, Electrical, ULV... ) during synthesis of shopdrawings.
