• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the country program and its resources, including team, partnerships, content development and community building
• Develop and maintain excellent working relations with relevant national and regional governments, and non-profit, public and private sector representatives
• Set up and manage links between Ta3mal and physical NGO and university youth career centers to provide a comprehensive multi-modal service to Egyptian youth
• Identify appropriate partners to expand localized educational content on the portal and increase the number of entry-level job and internship opportunities online
• Build a network of mentorship support to youth using the Ta3mal portal
• Manage the team country team to implement social media strategy and organize monthly events to engage stakeholders and drive usage and community building on the portal
• Ensure rigorous monitoring, learning and evaluation system across the implementation of the program
• Maintain good communication with regional office including timely submission of program reports, financial reports, and planning documents
• Lead the planning and implementation of ICT for development projects.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project budget
• Building partnerships
• Plan and schedule project timeline
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Communicating with project's partners in order to fulfil the project objectives.
• Lead the planning and implementation of Microsoft Corporate Social Responsibility programs
• Organize youth and NGOs events.
• Providing the information technology advising for community development projects
• Building new partnerships as well as working with the current partners for our existing programs and projects
• Manage ICT for development Projects
• Coordinating citizenship programs in NGO capacity building, employability.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential partners: NGOs, development agencies, companies and government institutions.
• Organized two NGO Connection Days and organizing three more Connection Days.
• Managing the software donation process on Cyber Grants and providing technical consultation to NGOs
• Organizing technical training for partner NGOs.
• Managing and monitoring four Citizenship projects.
• Leading a team of Microsoft Student Partners part of a volunteers “NGO technical support team”.
