Hussein had started working at Altorath International Engineering Consultant on June-2015 as Planning Engineer and after 6 month promoted to the level of Head of Planning & Projects Follow up Department reporting direct to CEO and Responsible to represent the planning department at the top management level, leading the planning team (consist of 21 members) at HQ & sites based on the projects for Roads, Landscape, infrastructure & Buildings projects and responsible for all related works for Planning & Projects Follow up. And responsible for controlling the yearly/monthly financial management and analysis for operation teams under Ahmed Al Mazrouei Group of 14 Companies for Design, main contracting, PMC, infrastructure & sustainability in GCC such as in UAE, Oman & KSA.

Also, leading & monitoring the Chairman’s projects Representing the Client in terms of planning & project follow up with the assigned consultants & contractors for each project reviewing the weekly & monthly reports, approving baseline program, review & approve the EOT and Cost Claims etc..

Coordination with the project team to prepare & update the Planning Package for multiple projects which includes all related documents such as project baseline program, critical path, manpower histogram, S-curve, Cash Flow etc.. And monitoring & controlling the projects and prepare the Weekly and Monthly Reports.
