. Manage Service level agreement and scope of work, assets management including lifecycle.
• Assess operations’ performance against contract compliance, meeting direct and indirect costs objectives, effective resource utilization, and attainment of client and company performance goals.
• Ensures the Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, and landscaping strategy, principles, practices, and preventive programs are established, implemented, and managed to ensure sites perform all related work, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and resolution of issues quickly and effectively.
• Manage the department’s financials including a budget, manpower, the capital plan and all works associated or relative to these budgets, Plans and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.
• Provide overall physical security support and direction to multiple business locations. Maintain a site-by-site overview of budgeting/spending, existing conditions, contact data, and location-specific information.
• Manage contract security services (Guarding/Watchman), including the development/implementation of the Building Security Operations Manual at all sites.
• Issue divisional guidance and oversee aspects involving: mechanical, electrical & civil engineering; logistics, security; custodial, pools project controls and business development, proposals and contracts.
• Oversees the cleaning and housekeeping and advice on the development strategy.
• Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives.

Leading site teams and guide them to execute the work according to approved shop drawings, method of statement, and project target program
- Coordinate between all MEP teams.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly work program according to site progress.

Managing plant produce 500 Ton of towel monthly, area 20, 000 square meter, with more than 500 worker ( direct & indirect ).
Duties:-
- Following the mechanical design for air compressor, fire fighting, fire alarm, drainage system, water system, steam system and HVAC system, civil and electrical works.
- Supervise and control the engineering functions of planning, production control, cost control & materials.
- Identify any variances between the planned & actual progress and their impact on the overall program
- Coordinate between all contractors in the plant.
- Supervise the preparation of the monthly cost report & Implement production operations development.
- Prepare the weekly progress report for all activity.
- Approved the all works and variation order in the site.
- Preparing the yearly budget.
- Preparing monthly production report.
- Assuring the availability of materials and manpower according to plant capacity.
- Attending & managing weekly, monthly production & maintenance meeting.
- Implementing lean project in the plant to reduce waste, second quality & waste of time through production process.
- Make sure and coordinate between all departments on weekly basis to close order on date.
- Managing all export & import issue with shipping manager.

Working as mechanical project engineer following all activity related to plumbing ( driange, water supply ), HAVC and Fire Fighting, follow the progress daily, follow with consultant the inspection and the payment, prepare the material submittal with suppler and submit to consultant for approval, prepare the shop drawing and submit for approval

• Responsible in all works concerning air conditioning construction, Ductworks, Pipe works, technical support, attending to the technical problems in the sites and formulates the possible solution in solving the problem monitor for project execution, perform the cost monitoring and reporting.
• Follow up material procurements, Enhance planning and scheduling to provide a better teamwork.
• Revise Materials technical submittals to confirm and assure requirements of concerned technical specs and standard and to maintain, improve execution quality level.
• Contact suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate in technical and financial sides for in hand projects, In-charge in making the financial and technical evaluation for supplier and contractor.
