• Handling the showroom display, merchandise, cleaning, pricing, vehicle displayed spec’s and staff
• Controlling and monitoring the showroom, staff attitude, monitoring sales performance
• In charge of the sales stuff and back office supporting team with respecting their opinion’s
• Explain to my team their duties and responsibilities with my suggestions
• In-charge of Dividing the annual Sales Plan into Monthly then Weekly and Daily basis
• Discussing with the national sales manager the possibility of my plan
• Following up the target with the sales representatives by Conducting a weekly meetings
• Motivate the staff for the profitable sales from the company product’s and push the sales
• Supporting them with a problems solving solution scenario in a professional manner
• Discussing with the brand manager the new order and forecast
• Achieving the assigned showroom target and doing my best till the last day in the month
• Directly reporting to the National sales manager in a regular basis
• Follow the NSSW Nissan sales and service way with a professional approach
• convince the prospect for a full customer satisfaction after understanding his needs
• Contacting the national marketing manager for the new promotions and feed back
• Maintained a good relationship with potential and current customers, to win their loyalty
• Create the costumer need for our product or the services contracts
• Enhanced the customer experience of our products to do the perfect marketing
• Acquiring innovative and creative ideas for customer after sales to exceed customer expectations
• Coordinate with the PDI (pre delivery inspection) and the logistics department to solve any problems with the sales executives
