Project: King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Towers. Tower No.: 408 & 115 2010-01 To 2013-03
As one ofthe construction team of the World Trade Centertower at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh Which had budget about two billion SAR, 118, 006 m3 of concrete on 127, 000 m2 of area with a height of 303 m. with the following achievements:
• Implemented and successfully casting 16, 200 m3 of concrete for the raft foundation as the largest quantity that casted continuously in the world in 2010 through high managing and monitoring for related works including excavation, grouting cavity, retaining walls, waterproofing, reinforcement installation, and formwork.
• Oversaw +50% of the superstructure works including the reinforcement installation, formwork, and concrete casting for core walls, columns, slabs and staircases.
• led, motivated and coached +200 skilled and non-skilled persons that led to increase the productivity by 30 %.
• Saved task'stime of by 20% through high organization, using many construction's techniques, scheduling, monitoring and controlling.
• Reviewed shop drawings to ensure compliance with design drawings, specification, code requirements and reported to the CM for any conflict.
• Minimized materials wastage by +95 % by revised a bar bending schedule (BBS) and check in advance the delivered materialsto ensure compliance with submitted Purchase Orders by mine.
