· Lead Staff and inform them of workload and responsibilities at the beginning of the shift and any new updates.
· Responsible to handle calls during peak hours.
· Report the daily activities of the call center agent evaluation statistics and distribute reports as defined by department management.
· Documenting general reports on each call center agent’s performance as well as ensuring that they exceed their targets.
