● Identify new suppliers through online research as well as attending exhibitions abroad.
● Visit premises of new suppliers to get a complete assessment on their size and their level of sophistication.
● Develop contact and maintain cooperative relationships with current suppliers by meeting up with them during business travels.
● Send samples of new product to the operating entities for testing and quality assurance in order to properly select new suppliers.
● Conduct negotiations on payment terms, prices, availability of stock and delivery terms with suppliers
● Analyze and monitor stock and sales levels on an ongoing basis and share it with the managing director to define quantities to order.
● Prepare cost sheets and fill out all the necessary data to calculate profit margin for every product ordered.
● Coordinate with the sales and marketing director to confirm shipping schedules for the orders
● Coordinate with the registration department on the product registration status.
● Prepare Po’s to be shared with the supplier in order to obtain the PI
● Review the PI’s as well as the sales contract with the head of department for approval.
● Confirm orders and monitor the documentation process.
● Negotiate with the supplier to compensate or replace the damaged/missing goods, if there are any damages or missing items.

● Follow up the daily operations specified by the customs operations, export and import linked to the company in the airport and port.
● Coordinate between the transportation companies, the customers, and the employees so that the goods are legalized and transfer it to the customers at due date.
● Auditing all the invoices sent and received from the customers.
● Responsible for the invoicing notes that are linked to demurrage and all other produces and other operations linked in.
● In other words, supply chain is considered as a part of my daily responsibility.

•Responsible for forming new file assets and the origin of each branch and center of the company and the follow up of transforming the established assets based on:
-Forming new strategies for purchase.
-Planning in and out equipments and outfit.
•Responsible of property depositions in and outside company branches.
•Responsible for communication, power, and water supplies ervices in all branches.
•Planning and forming maps for new strategies to construct new branches related ont the company.
•Choosing and reforming maintenance contracts and transforming them to the manager to choose the most suitable.
•Choosing the most suitable prices, and the follow up of constructing new branches and offering it ready set in due time.
•Supervising the requirements of the finishing procedures.
•Responsible of buying products out of the specialized companies.
•Bringing gradually the best offers and comparing them through prices, quality and excellence.
•Checking the excellence of products and sending it to the specialized boards to compare and contrast them with previous purchases.
•Handing in monthly reports to the specialized manages to sign in for necessary purchases.
