Member of a team responsible for developing an off-shored software product using the latest Microsoft technologies. Participated in a full agile software development lifecycle. Attended daily scrum meetings. Created virtualized environments on which to conduct compatibility tests. Led the compatibility testing of the server, and client software on various operating systems, database servers, and internet browsers. Worked closely with the business analysis department to create and execute UAT test plans. Participated in functional, regression, end-to-end, and system testing to ensure that requirements are met. Led the testing and certification of the professional software installer done using InstallShield. :
· Motivating and inspiring the team to surpass their potential.
· Audit work and information flow, recommend and implement new procedures to serve faster and better.
· Lead Staff and inform them of workload and responsibilities at the beginning of the shift and any new updates.
· Responsible to handle calls during peak hours.
· Report the daily activities of the call center agent evaluation statistics and distribute reports as defined by department management.
· Documenting general reports on each call center agent’s performance as well as ensuring that they exceed their targets.
