My Job duties are as following:
- Managing the sales team, Meeting agreed targets, and promoting MEDIC’s presence throughout Lebanon.
- Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls according to P&L statement.
- Setting the annual marketing plan through realistic forecasts based on products and territory, costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
- Analyzing the balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows.
- Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the company's guidelines and ethical formalities.
- Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of the sales team to accomplish specific objectives and meet targets.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, and sales newsletters.
- Personally observe the performance of medical representatives in the field on a regular basis and train them so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
- To set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission and bonus plan according to the budget set by the management.
Maintain contacts with Health professionals in order to satisfy their needs for scientific knowledge of the products, Create and deliver credible presentations on scientific matters to physicians, individually or in groups, Perform administrative duties related to presentations, sales and journey reports, and meetings.
Make presentations to health professionals, Cultivate relationships with key Surgeons through the use of effective targeting and attending surgical operations, as well as building relations with the KOL’s and decision makers in the designated areas.
Troubleshoot technical problems related to medical equipment, and prepare sales contracts.
