DUTIES
• Bidding, supervise, coordinate and plan the sale, delivery and installation of medical equipment to hospitals in the private sector and the public sector (tenders with Governmental Institutions) according to strict deadlines and within budget including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan.
• Bidding is done with proper matching between required specifications and offered specifications at the lowest cost possible.

Specific Duties:
•Direct and Supervise project’s development from beginning to end.
•Meetings, Negotiations and Follow up with International suppliers and local suppliers for Material procurement as well as sourcing of new suppliers.
•Meetings and Follow up with Client (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Council for Development and Reconstruction) and Client Consultant for proper execution within contract terms and contract deadline.
•Follow up with Caretek Head of Departments (Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Senior Management) for proper execution of Contract in order to ensure execution within contracts deadlines.
•Visits twice a year to International Medical Fairs in order to ensure effective communication with international suppliers and in order to source new international suppliers: Medica (Dusseldorf) November, Arab Health (Dubai) January.
