Responsibilities :
•Prepare and renewal of employment contracts as well as probation period evaluations.
•Responsible for all private medical insurance company transactions "Approval - Refund - medicine Chronic "
•Follow up & update the medical insurance company with the new hired & resigned employees.
•Enter employment data to database, create and update personnel files and records of employees.
•Implement and update personnel policies, procedures and forms. Stays current with laws and regulations afecting personnel issues and ensures completion of all appropriate paperwork for new employees.
•Perform payroll procedures and work on employee monthly attendance reports.
•Screening and filtering CV's for various vacancies, conducting phone interviews & conduct first interview with candidates (CBI)
•Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
•Nurture a positive working environment.
•Monitoring employee's performance through setting KPI's and objectives for every job.
•Data Entry and update employee's data on system.
•Follow up & Report employee's annual leaves.
•Contacting candidates and setting appointments.
•Responsible for employees' benefits as " premium card "
