make the logic for the Balance of plants.
Review the supplier documents for the logic, data sheets for field instruments, control valves, DCS specifications and layout.
Review the supplier documents for the boilers, turbines and auxilaries.
Evaluate the the offers of the vendors.
Attend the meeting with the Owner and Contractors to review the technical open issues and the sheduale.
