- Coordinate with the relevant area monitors and quality control officers on the project development to ensure proper fulfillment of daily tasks.
- Conduct trainings for area monitors and quality control officers, when necessary and regular staff meetings to follow up on progress and challenges.
- Collect and check timesheets, leave requests and mileages for all relevant field staff.
- Report all program challenges and issues to the project manager and submit regular reports on challenges and achievements as agreed with the project manager.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data about refugees and asylum seekers received at the
reception center by updating the database as per Registration SOPs.
- Assist with creating, organizing, archiving, and maintaining physical and digitized files, including
photocopying and scanning of documentation before interviews with the Registration Unit.
- Place appointments and remote interview verifications for the registration unit.
- Collect, verify, and analyze thoroughly newsworthy information.

- Ensure that hotline information is always available and accessible to beneficiaries and that they are being appropriately treated and served.
- Fill the Referral Database with accurate data issued from calls, visits, or referrals IARF from field staff and update it regularly following feedback on the service provision
- Update the matrix of partners per sector with implemented activities and eligibility criteria, and inform
program teams of changes in terms of partners’ service provision
- Conduct outreach activities, and home visits to assess the living conditions of the cases and ensure safe identification.
- Identify the social needs of patients through a social assessment and respond to the patient’s social needs, by giving direct social support or referring them to other social actors
- Contact patients to follow up on the evolution of their condition when needed.
- Mapping and regular updates of social partners, local authorities, other NGOs, and governmental social services to improve social services scope and responsiveness.
- Participates in weekly case management meetings with the CM team leader and case manager to discuss cases.
- Detect, counsel, and follow up on individual cases identified during psychosocial activities by the team or referred by other agencies.
- Conduct psychosocial assessment of vulnerable cases, including environmental, emotional, behavioral, and social factors.
