• Maintain all authorities certification related to Health m safety &Environment such as EPOs and RSO.

• Establish and innovate environmental control system that will ease the compliance to regulation.
• Budget management of all Health, safety & Environment services.
• Maintain H&E training and qualification such as NEBOSH and IH program.
• Maintain full efficient functionality of the company clinic.

Complex Turnaround HSE leader planning capacity of 10, 000 employees
including multiple contractors planning multiple activities of hundreds of
confined spaces, hot work, chemical cleaning, critical liftings, working at
heights, and emergency response. Construction experience: Project HSE lead
of unit expansions.
