• Ensure that finance operations are maintained in an effective, up
to date and Accurate manner;
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for
accuracy and completeness;
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures;
• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment;
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements;
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget;
• Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction;
• Engage in ongoing cost reduction after analyses in all areas of the company;
• Oversee the extension of credit to customers;
• Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities;
• Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput;
• Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management;
• Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management;

• Receive and process all invoices, expense forms and payment;
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost
accounting reports;
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for
accuracy and completeness;
• Coordination & Follow up with Social security& other government
departments;
• Prepare cash flow & vendor payments (finance plan);
• Prepare revealed consumption;
• Bank & AR reconciliation;
• Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for
the company's automated financial systems;
• Prepare monthly report such as (B.S / IS / TB );
• Prepare & review monthly salary;

• Prepare daily journal voucher;
• Issue Invoices;
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing;
• Bank reconciliation;
• Vendor reconciliation;
• Prepare revealed consumption;
• Preparation of tax declaration;
• Maintain office files;
• Document business transactions.
