Career Summary
My career with one of the leading manufacturing companies Service Industries Limited (shoe, tyre and tube) and its associated company SBL Trading (Pvt) Limited (SBL) and it subsidiary company Service Shoes Lanka (Pvt) Ltd one of the leading firms of Pakistan KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. Chartered Accountants (a partnership firm registered in Pakistan and a member firm of the KPMG network of independent member firms affiliated with KPMG International, a Swiss cooperative) spanning over a period of 10 years includes ERP implementation and support projects.
10 years of experience in ERP Implementation and Business Process Re-engineering of several companies from various industrial sectors. I have hands on experience in implementing Oracle solutions including Supply chain management (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, iSupplier Portal, Sourcing, iProcurement, Procurement Contract), Oracle Financials (AP, GL, AR, FA and CE), Oracle Discrete Manufacturing (Bill of Material, Cost Management, Quality, Work in Process), Oracle MRP (Material Requirement Planning). It includes building chart of accounts, organization structure, system analysis, business process study, documentation, future process model (solution design) and business process mapping with ERP systems. It has equipped me with a strong background in ERP implementations. I have a vast and rich experience in ERP implementations based on Oracle Applications (R11i and R12), post implementation support thereof and reconciliations with the legacy system.
