1- Conducting Training to Customer For Fire Fighting Equipment's (Water Pumps, Foam Pumps, Powder Pumps, Generators, PPV Fans, Lighting Systems, Wenches, LUKAS Equipment's, Nitrogen System, CO2 System, UHPS, and Heavy and Light Vehicles....etc ).
2- Carry out PDI Against manufactured trucks and Fire Fighting equipment's (Mercedes, Ford, Commander, Gladiator, International, and Frietliner, ...etc).
3- Carry out Inspection and Maintenance against manufactured Trucks (Mercedes, Ford, Commander, Gladiator, International, and Frietliner, ...etc).
4- Carry out Inspection and Maintenance against Manufactured Fire Fighting equipment's (Water Systems, Foam Systems, Lighting system, .... etc).
5- Arrange Spare parts as jobs required.
6- Writing reports against each jobs.
*Manage safe operations of all Workshop production and internal Aftercare service tasks performed in the facility.
*Compile production schedule, ensuring delivery promises are met.
*Achieve a clear understanding of the content of workshop jobs and their status, in relation to actual hours recorded and target completion.
*Day-to-day reporting on jobs to ensure efficient completion of tasks by workshop personnel and to drive to attain target hours.
*Managing input of information and material. Working together with respective leaders of other interfacing departments to eliminate occurring and potential problems that are or may cause inefficiencies.
*Early warning of potential overruns and proposed interactions to instigate corrective actions to minimize time delays and potential overspend against budget.
*Understanding the best way to fit equipment to eliminate inconsistent and potentially inefficient production methods within the workshop.
*At completion of each installation job, perform a review of actual performance against target.
*Conduct an appraisal of personnel; performance, development and training.
*Provide technical support to the sales team.
*Investigate & troubleshooting technical aspects and root cause of problems.
*Coordinate with project manager in developing engineering designs.
*Generate customer activity reports and give summary reports to customers.
*Parts Advisor to workshop repair using E.P.C, CAPS, MICROCAT, and Auto master.
*Ensure all required spare parts against job cards of workshop are supply.
*Assist & advise workshop technicians about products specification and guarantee terms to support their decision in order to achieve High level of customer's satisfaction.
*Coordinate with workshop supervisor for the installation and products commissioning in order to full fill workshop requirements.
*Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, technician’s requests, or technician’s descriptions of malfunctions.
*Advice the technician’s for the additional parts needed to be replaced as per the Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi, and KIA standards.

*Receiving problems from customers.
*Diagnose the problem.
*Determine the best solution and the spare parts needed.
*Some times this required field visits.
*Follow up the work in the workshop.
*Controlling the production process in the workshop.
*Create new Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems as customers needs.
*Worked as Out-door Sales Engineer for 7 months.
I have B.Sc. degree from Faculty of Engineering, As a graduate in Mechanical and specialized in Agricultural Equipment Engineering. My graduation project paper: {Design and Development of Pneumatic Circuits Bench for Education Purposes}, been selected to be present at the International Conference of Engineering Education (ICEE) 2007 in Coimbra, Portugal.
