▶Security Issues
✓ Understanding&Awareness of Security Procedure
✓ Ensure communication route to cope with emergency situation
to be arise from terror, kidnaping, fighting, etc (Co-work 24 hrs)
✓ Keep Close relationship with Security team to care/follow-up Security Issues
✓ Make a sure construction work schedule to prevent/moderate
any incident caused by accidental events such as terror, kidnaping, fighting, etc.
✓ Attending Daily Security meeting of SAMSUNG to share/confirm all information to prevent any incidents to be arise from contingent event related Security Issues
✓ Attending Client Security meeting of management level
✓ Discussing critical Security agenda with local Security manager to secure safety of all workforce
✓ Survey travel route to ensure safety for whom working around 20km remote workplace such as water intake, workover, pipeline work from main construction site
✓ Ensure Security schedule such as PSD (Personal Security Detail) travel time&route, etc
✓ Ensure working conditions of remote workplace in advance such as water intake, workover, pipeline workplace
✓ Attending SOCIAL COMMUNITY COMMITTEE to review/discuss all agendas of security
▶HSE Issues
✓ Providing HSE support to construction line management and workforce
✓ Set up Site HSE Plan and be responsible for its implementation
✓ Providing guidance on the PTW (Permit to Work) as per project procedure
✓ Review&Comment regarding SUBCONTRACTOR TRA (Task Risk assessment)
✓ Review Client HSE System
✓ Participate in Client HSE Audit
✓ Review LOCAL rules and regulations
✓ Ensure/Monitoring JSA (Job Safety Analysis) process and strict implementation on site to comply with CLIENT requirements
✓ Conducting HSE incidents reporting and investigation, make a sure following-up on raised actions
✓ Participate in evaluation of HSE performance of SUB-CONTRACTORS to motivate HSE performance
✓ Organizing of HSE organization
✓ Provision of site observation&implementation of incentive system
✓ Approval of PTW in line with CLIENT requirements
✓ Review and comment Training materials
✓ Attending regular HSE COMMITTEE meeting with CLIENT&SUBCONTRACTORS
