Project Management Consultant - ADNOC/ZADCO, UZ-750 Project
Reporting to ADNOC as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for a multi billion dollar project to enhance the overall oil production from 500, 000 bpd to in excess of 750, 000 bpd. I am responsible for the strategic leadership of the project delivery, as the PMC representative for EPC-1 phase, ensuring that the project is effectively communicated to the key stakeholders. The PMC is responsible for overall communication, effective issue identification and resolution, and to assist the Project Management Team, to achieve the milestone progress and the overall project objectives of the customer.

Business Development Manager - International Operations
Reporting to the Business Development Director, I was responsible for the strategic selection, identification, pursuit and capture of pan-AMEC Greenfield / Large Brownfield projects that will be executed via the London Centre of Excellence. I managed the leadership, capture and execution for FEED, E&P projects/business across the Middle East / North Africa, CIS/Russia and global projects associated with the London Greenfield business, successfully generating and supporting an international revenue contribution within the London and Growth Regions business partnership, contributing in excess of 12.5% to the total turnover (£110mm) of the London Business for 2012. I represented AMEC, leading the London business response, particularly in Pan - AMEC pursuits with IOC’s and NOC’s alike, with the regional business development and functional organisational team strategies. I have successfully secured new higher margin business in the Middle East to achieve the AMEC business objectives.
