• Verifies fee collected from various patients and hands over the cash to the Operations Manager for depositing.
• Maintains Front Desk records and files.
• Attends training courses related to new task, if required.
• Performs other duties as and when assigned.
• Accurately entering medical insurance claims information into the computerized database.
• Analyze and decipher sloppy handwriting and verify information.
• Checking completed work for errors information before submitting the final product.
• Maintain speed and accuracy so as to operate in highly efficient manner.

• Receives patient from ER or OPD
• Assess patient’s condition and record findings in the chart
• Orient patient or companion to the hospital unit and policies
• Performs admission care and carried out
• Initiates implementation of medical management like requests for examination, medication, treatment and referrals.
• Informs other unit such as laboratory, pharmacy, radiography department, etc of the needs and requirements of the patients.
• Discusses with the patient or companion the medical or nursing care plan and the extent of his/her participation
• Check the chart to ensure that the consent for medical or surgical intervention has been signed by either the patient or his/her nearest kin
• Document observation and medication administered to the patient
• After doctor’s round, receive and copies medical management from the patient’s chart to the kardex
• Carried out medication or treatment orders
• Performs special procedures like catheterization, NGT feeding, etc
• Calibrates IV fluid bottle and regulates flow of infusion according to prescribed duration.
• Updates ward census
• Receives endorsement from outgoing staff and endorses to incoming staff.
• Discharge patients with accurate going-home instructions
• Treat patient’s case as legal and confidential in nature.
