* Conduc ng in house flow assurance audits on all measurement and sampling systems.
* Overseeing transi on process from sta c to dynamic measurement during tanker batch loading opera ons.
* Overseeing system upgrade to API MPMS Chapter 11.1 (2004) calcula ons for 60°F standard temperature.
* Reviewing and valida ng custody transfer batch reports during tanker loading.
* Liaising between client and the Nigerian regulatory body (Department of Petroleum Resources).
* Implemen ng, presen ng and defending Metering change proposals to client MOC panel.

Onshore Metering Support Focal Point Engineer for EnQuest Heather 'A' and Thistle 'A' pla orms on behalf of Petrofac

* Valida on of daily produc on data.
* Responding to audit reports on behalf of client, develop ac on plans to close out audit findings.

Two years seconded to PDO (Oman) as vendor representa ve, sole responsibility to the client for over 100 ESP systems.
Completed a 3 year RAF Engineering Appren ceship, then responsible as Technician and Supervisor for maintenance
and fault finding on fast jet aircra . Systems included gas turbines, fuel, flying controls, hydraulics and instrumenta on.
General flow measurement consultancy support for ROO Metering Engineers including recommenda ons to
improve system func onality, fault reports and sensi vity analysis.
* Reviewing and approving client mismeasurement reports.
ENI Egypt: Hydrocarbon measurement audit campaign covering eighteen 3rd
party operated assets in the Western
Desert, Suez and Red Sea areas in which ENI have a commercial interest. Systems audited against API MPMS and ENI
measurement guidelines included liquid and gas export metering, tank measurement, sampling and lab prac ces.
SOMO Iraq: Hydrocarbon measurement audits of Al Basrah (ABOT) and Khawr Al Amiyah (KAAOT) offshore crude oil
marine loading terminals. Custody transfer liquid measurement, sampling and laboratory were audited against Iraq
Ministry of Oil Hydrocarbon Measurement Code and relevant API standards.
ENI Iraq: Acted as Metering Technical Authority on behalf of ENI. Responsible for legisla ve compliance during
commissioning and 3rd
party cer fica on of new crude oil metering skid at the Zubair oil field. This assignment included
full review of FDS and uncertainty calcula ons, cer fica on of meters and handover to Opera ons.
Dove Energy Ltd. Yemen: Independent audit of Custody Transfer, Alloca on and ancillary oil and gas measurement
systems within the Dove Energy Ltd. Block 53 opera on in Yemen. Technical recommenda ons made to client for
upgrades and improvements to reduce system uncertainty, thus reducing commercial exposure.
