measurement guidelines included liquid and gas export metering, tank measurement, sampling and lab prac ces.
SOMO Iraq: Hydrocarbon measurement audits of Al Basrah (ABOT) and Khawr Al Amiyah (KAAOT) offshore crude oil
marine loading terminals. Custody transfer liquid measurement, sampling and laboratory were audited against Iraq
Ministry of Oil Hydrocarbon Measurement Code and relevant API standards.
ENI Iraq: Acted as Metering Technical Authority on behalf of ENI. Responsible for legisla ve compliance during
commissioning and 3rd
party cer fica on of new crude oil metering skid at the Zubair oil field. This assignment included
full review of FDS and uncertainty calcula ons, cer fica on of meters and handover to Opera ons.
Dove Energy Ltd. Yemen: Independent audit of Custody Transfer, Alloca on and ancillary oil and gas measurement
systems within the Dove Energy Ltd. Block 53 opera on in Yemen. Technical recommenda ons made to client for
upgrades and improvements to reduce system uncertainty, thus reducing commercial exposure.
