- Responsible for providing IT Infrastructure & technical solutions to clients.
- Accountable for leading Information Security and Corporate Data Protection initiatives.
- Actively involved in formulating Company’s IT Strategy and creating an IT road-map implementing the strategies. Participate in the development of IT policies, and provide oversight in the implementation and/or adherence of these policies.
- Responsible for providing support and solutions for the overall IT infrastructure requirements of the organization on Service Delivery and Support- this includes managing the data centre, IT infrastructure, and network operation centre, enterprise software, application software and other IT Infrastructure.

- Accountable for design, creation and implementation of IT Systems. Drive the entire project management activities for Hardware/ Networking Projects including requirements gathering, analysis and final execution of projects in association with dedicated project team members.
- Review, streamline, standardize, improve and recommend changes to systems and procedures to promote accuracy of information and efficiency in processing while maintaining appropriate internal controls.
