- Responsible for providing IT Infrastructure & technical solutions to clients.
- Accountable for leading Information Security and Corporate Data Protection initiatives.
- Actively involved in formulating Company’s IT Strategy and creating an IT road-map implementing the strategies. Participate in the development of IT policies, and provide oversight in the implementation and/or adherence of these policies.
- Responsible for providing support and solutions for the overall IT infrastructure requirements of the organization on Service Delivery and Support- this includes managing the data centre, IT infrastructure, and network operation centre, enterprise software, application software and other IT Infrastructure.
- Instrumental in building strong Information System infrastructure based on the company’s objectives and business needs.
- Responsible for the formalizing and setting the practices for Information Security.
- Accountable for design, creation and implementation of IT Systems. Drive the entire project management activities for Hardware/ Networking Projects including requirements gathering, analysis and final execution of projects in association with dedicated project team members.
- Review, streamline, standardize, improve and recommend changes to systems and procedures to promote accuracy of information and efficiency in processing while maintaining appropriate internal controls.

- Manage the IT Teams includes Network, Systems, Security, Application support, Remote Infrastructure Management, IT Service Support.
- Manage Enterprise Network Operations project team for handling the Client’s Network accounts such T-Mobile, EchoStar, DishNetworks etc.
- Conceptualize, plan, design, automate and manage IT Services/Operation infrastructure involving 24x7x365 mission critical environment catering to 99.999% IT Services availability.
- Manage and resolve incidents and Infrastructure outages.
- Management of IT solutions and designs to agreed technology architectures and standards.
- Development planning and technology architect to assure all systems are in line with IT long term strategy and maintaining standards.

- Changed the entire network connectivity from India to USA from IPLC to MPLS which has provided the uptime to 99.999% and reduced the cost of connectivity by 30%
- Rollout the VOIP infrastructure with mix of Cisco & Asterisk and saving almost 50% on earlier cost.

- Implement and manage key performance indicators to assure customer (internal/External) satisfaction and operational performance.
- Manage the infrastructure of the organizational structure (Level 0 to Level 3 staff) to support the current and future needs of the company.
- Optimize daily operational tasks; participate in defining and managing escalation procedures required for adhering to best practices.
