• Managing of Tender Department for Estimating Prices and quoting for the Projects.
• Managing Procurement Department for issuing Bid Packages & Purchase Orders for All MEP work in the Projects.
• Managing professional MEP design activities and progress against agreed milestones ensuring the development of cost-effective approaches and methods.
• Implement the agreed Project management, construction execution, installation, coordination and maintenance of MEP works.
• Coordination with Finance, Planning and QA / QC Departments.
• Provide inspiring leadership to project staff through managing, prioritizing and allocating project activities and resources in order to deliver all contractual obligations to the client.
• Coordinate and expedite all action necessary to bring the MEP works to a successful conclusion by delivering to the client the final closeout and accounting report.
• Monitor the progress of contractors and suppliers involved in all time-bound project elements ensuring strict adherence to approved main and sectional budgets and set standards, take corrective action when significant variations are identified.
• Monitor the financial performance of MEP activity versus budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.

• Conduct performance appraisals of MEP staff and recommend required training or development plan.
• Executing the project with control of quality, within the stimulated time schedule and the control of cost.
• Conducting weekly meeting with project Managers and Engineers to achieve the milestones.
• Meeting with Consultant and Client in order to settle critical issue and to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Review the Contract technical documents from Central Tendering and ensure all documents are complete (SOW, Drawings, Specifications, BOQ, and Post Tender Clarification).
• Define the outline of Scope of work by preparing Material log and Drawing log.
• Identify the required date on site for Materials and Drawings in line with tender schedule or based on project requirements.
• Coordinating with procurement team and Engineering team for the remaining parameters required to be insert in the log, and arrange a comprehensive Material log showing (RFQ date preparation, Material submission date, Material approved date, EMRF date, PO date, Delivery date, Lead time of material, delivery date to site, required date on site), Drawing log showing (Submission date, approval date, required drawings on site).
• Approval & Comments for Material Log, Drawings Log, Approval date duration, Submission dates before sharing with the planner.
• Weekly update for Material log and drawings log, and coordinating with project team for getting update on EMRF & PO issuance.
• Review and evaluate the Consultant comments on Materials and drawings and raise concern for VO eligibility if any.
• Preparation of Scope change request with comprehensive sketch and narrative for the overall scope change.
• Issuing the Notice for Variation order and Submission based on issued scope change request.
• MCR Requirement (LPO analysis, time sheet for Equipment, Subcontractors Invoice, Earn Value report)
• Negotiation for MEP change order with the client/Consultant.
• Follow up with the Engineering for Drawings submittal.
• Review the formality of drawing / material submittal and proceed with submission.
• Follow up with Consultant / Client for Material and drawings approvals.
• Bid Packages preparation for Material, Subcontractors Supply and apply, or apply only.
• Follow up with the supplier for Material submittal.
• Technical review and Technical comparison sheet between offers.
• Review scope of work in LOI or LOA and subcontractor agreement before issuance.
• Arrange the Kick Off meeting with Subcontractors.

Development Project
• Planning, management, coordination and financial control of the project.
• Monitor all work progress on a day-to-day basis to insure conformance with schedule, contract documents, specifications, and project budget.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to insure deadlines will be met.
• Providing advice on the management of the projects and organizing the various professional people working on the project.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
1. Supervision Projects:
- Construction of Bachelor Housing Phase II in King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
- Construction of Community Service Center in King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
- Construction of Commercial Offices Tower for Federation of Chambers of Gulf Cooperation Council (FGCCC).
- Construction of Al-Mutlaq Motel.
Main Duties:
• Revise and check project specifications.
• Reviews, validates and approves calculation, pre-qualifications, material submittals, shop drawings, method statements and other pertinent documents for HVAC, Fire Protection System (Standpipe and Sprinklers System, FM 200 System, CO2 System), and Plumbing submitted by the contractor and comment the same or approved before implementation.
• Reviews and approves material submittal from the contractor, for HVAC System such as (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Tanks (Expansion, Air Separator), Chemical Dosing Pot, Side Stream Filtration, AHU, FCU, Fans, Valves, Pipes, Fittings and etc., for Fire Protection System such as FM 200 System, CO2 System, Standpipe and Sprinkler System (Fire Water Tanks, Jockey, Electric and Diesel), Fuel Day Tanks, Valves, Pipes, Fittings and other associated accessories, for Plumbing System such as EWH, Recirculation Pumps, Valves, Pipes, Fittings, Sanitary Fixture and etc.
• Supervise, conducts inspection, checking and verification of all jobs related to HVAC System, Fire Protection System, and Plumbing System according to Project’s Standards and Specification.
- Supervising HVAC Work Execution (Duct and Equipment Installation).
- Supervising Buildings and External Chilled Water Networks Execution.
- Supervising Buildings and External Plumbing Networks Execution.
- Supervising Buildings Firefighting Networks Execution (Stand Pipe and Sprinkler Systems).

- Design of Fire Station and Safety Control System with Maintenance Unit- in King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
- Design of Main Plaza Square and Parking Building adjacent to Building (21) - in King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
- Design of Al-Motlaq Motel Phase (II) - Al-Mutlaq Compound.
Main Duties:
• Design All HVAC Systems for the mentioned projects.
• Design All Drainage Systems for the mentioned projects.
• Design All Water Supply Systems for the mentioned projects.
• Design All Firefighting Systems (Stand Pipe System, Sprinkler System, Chemical Systems (FM200 and CO2)) for the mentioned projects.
• Design All Site Development Services.
• Prepare Specification and Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q) for all mechanical works in the mentioned projects.
• Extend pipelines with (600, 500, 400) mm diameter.
• Installation of the required fittings for the pipeline (Elbows, Tee Connections, Reducers…etc).
• Design and installation of Line Chambers (Valve Chambers, Washing Chambers, and Air Release Chambers).
