▪ Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales.
▪ Prepare sales plans and projects.
▪ Anti-Money Laundry Officer (report to central bank of Jordan).
▪ Work with Audit teams (internal and external).
▪ Prepare operation analysis reports for the upper management.
▪ Team allocate and scheduling.
▪ Interviewing training and coaching the new team members.
▪ Responsible for supervising customer service agents.
▪ Handling customer complains.
▪ Manage and control Treasury funds.
▪ Prepare and complete currencies selling to the third parties
Main responsibilities:
- Managing all branch operations and ensuring its compatibility with the Bank Policies.
- Organizing the distribution of work to the branch team.
-Prepare performance reports and recommendations
- Auditing the daily financial entries and other banking transactions to assure accuracy.
-Prepare AML report and act as a compliance officer in the branch
- Overseeing the branch's Hall and ensures the proper provision of banking services to customers.
- Reviewing all various requests received from clients, including requests for opening accounts, standing orders, issuing checque books (etc, ) to ensure that none of these requests was ignored or postponed.
• Verifying the safety and fire alarms, surveillance cameras and following-up all related problems with the concerned parties.
• Preparing all reports according to instructions and the Organization needs.
• Coordinating with the Head Office in all operations related to the branch.
- Deliver personalized service to customers on various banking products, accounts, and services inquiries
- understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solution and attention.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
- Consistently deliver quality service to the customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
-Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
- Assisting customers with their inquiries, escalate/ re-direct problems when appropriate
