• Develop project plans for MEP works and ensuring coordination among various trades
• Overseeing the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of MEP installations and safety codes
• Ensuring that all MEP activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices
• Addressing any issues that arise on-site related to MEP systems and providing effective solution

Location :KSA(Makkah)

• Prepare reports, plans, and specifications for assigned projects in compliance with applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and owners project requirements.
• Perform work for projects that may include master planning, existing facility evaluations, feasibility studies, design, cost estimating, and similar technical functions
• Coordinating Electrical schedules and activities with other parties
• Has the ability to direct and coordinate fabrication, construction, installation, and operational testing to ensure electrical systems conform to engineering design, client specifications, and applicable codes, regulations, and laws

• Prepare all the RFIand Method of statements and Inspection sheets for all Electrical activities
• Review the contract specifications/Requirements /drawings
• Review contractor shop drawing prior to submittal and coordinate with otherconstruction elements
• Prepare all site requirements from materials
• Prepare materials submittals and doing material inspection with consultant
