•Prepare, update and review Customer General Terms Agreements (GTA) or Single Agreement based on level of maintenance, warranty, payment, penalties, terms & scope of service, force majeure …etc.
•Act as the customer interface with all activities within the corporate with respect to offers, Payments, approvals…etc.
•Prepare on regular basis certain achievements and sales reports.
•Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, or use of materials or services.
•Prepare Commercial Offers (Quotations). Also review any RFP and prepare a matching proposal. Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
•Initiate, prepare and issue customers Invoices based on approved commercial offers and agreements. Invoices are prepared using Quantum ERP solution, proper work order documentation (engine/ work order package review) and any other documents or references deemed fit for that purpose.
•Send Monthly Report for Material Issuance to Finance Department for the latter’s action regarding financial analysis and budgeting.
•Updating customer databases and maintaining updates following sales visits, conferences and exhibitions.
•Plan and execute sales visits on regular basis.
•Prepare field reports following each sales visit and / or conferences and exhibitions attended.
•Conducting market research based on available intelligence from company approved agents/consultants or media profiles and software.
•Meet sales targets as assigned by the BOD.
•Reporting sales trends based on actual sales made.
•Monitoring competitor activity through intelligence gathered or reported in the media, or conveyed through agents or other clients or partners.

I work on coordinating and facilitating Safety training. Also, part of my job is developing and maintaining Quality and Safety standards. Finally, I work as a safety consultant (ie. Job Hazards Analysis, Risk Management).
