Field training in business development, planning and marketing. Working with staff and customers in areas related to business
processes, where setting performance indicators for planning and utilizing digital marketing to improve business performance was

Project: CIVICS: Youth Volunteerism and Service
Daily administration and coordination of training functions and events including the organizing for the training events by scheduling
travel arrangements, scheduling conference and training room time for various training events. In addition to writing newsletters and
other promotional materials to the public for the available training programs and courses.
Key Accomplishments:
- Editor for the translated English version to Arabic of the Buck Institute Handbook for Project-Based Learning for Middle and High
School Teachers.
- Working closely with the training manager assisting in the delivery of several organizational and administrative duties throughout
numerous iEARN training sessions conducted in Jordan, such as: building 21st Century Skills through the project-based learning, a
specialized seminar hosted by The Queen Rania Teacher Academy and in cooperation with the Teachers College at Columbia
University Middle East Research Center in Amman, Jordan.
